How Do I Know This Is From God?

#1 Spiritual Knowledge Account

Do you truly grasp the depth of God’s teachings?

The divine plan is embedded in God’s teachings.

God’s words hold the solutions to life’s struggles, offering remedies for depression, anxiety, fear, anger, and more.

Jesus is the word.

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1)

4 Responding, Jesus said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ ” (Matthew 4:4)

Your arsenal in life grows stronger with an abundance of God’s teachings.

#2 Spiritual Atmospheres & Environments

Everyone radiates an atmosphere—ensure it aligns with God’s guidance (Holy Spirit).

4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. (1 John 4:4)

Acknowledge the dual realms and be vigilant of contaminating influences.

Your personal atmosphere wields the power to shape environments.

Recognize your purpose in different settings.

The name of Jesus is powerful, but its efficacy depends on one’s spiritual authenticity.

13 Then some of the itinerant Jewish exorcists took it upon themselves to call the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, “We exorcise you by the Jesus whom Paul preaches.” 14 Also, there were seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, who did so. 15 And the evil spirit answered and said, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?” (Acts 19:13-15)

Ensure your anointing aligns with your assigned environments.

#3 Spiritual Access Points & Boundaries

Be mindful of who has access to your life.

Delilah wasn’t Samson’s enemy; it was the Philistines who had access to her, and in turn, to Samson.

Judas wasn’t against Jesus; it was the Pharisees.

Build barriers against the enemy finding indirect routes to influence.

Establish boundaries to safeguard your heart.

23 Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. (Proverbs 4:23)

Connect with Jesus to fortify your defenses.

5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. (John 15:5)

#4 Emotional Well-being

Patience outweighs mightiness, and self-control surpasses conquering cities.

32 Better to be patient than powerful; better to have self-control than to conquer a city. (Proverbs 16:32 NLT)

Learn to rule your spirit & manage your emotions.

Avoid decisions driven by emotional turbulence.

21 Therefore lay aside all filthiness and [d]overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. (James 1:21)

Seek God’s guidance before making decisions in emotionally charged situations.

#5 God’s Presence

Explore Nehemiah’s account in the month of Chislev while in Shushan the citadel.

In the twentieth year, during Nisan, Nehemiah faced King Artaxerxes with a composed demeanor.

Study the Jewish calendar to comprehend Nehemiah’s months of prayer and fasting before undertaking the reconstruction of Jerusalem’s wall.

Spending time in God’s presence before launching into significant endeavors.
