Spiritual warfare is the battle between the lies & the truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lies come from the enemy\u2026 the truth is Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lies are the seed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deception is the fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We don\u2019t just become deceived, deception happens when you start to believe the lie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The lies started in the garden in Genesis 3! So he\u2019s been doing this for thousands of years.. imagine how good the enemy is at it today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So how do we overcome the lies? TRUTH!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you fill your mind with God\u2019s truth, the enemy has no room for his life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the enemy can lie to us\u2026 we will continue to walk in that deception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What’s worse about deception?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s deceived people and continuing to deceive more people as they are walking in deception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4 levels of deception that Jesus warns us about.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 4 And Jesus answered and said to them: \u201cTake heed that no one deceives you. (Matthew 24:4)<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5 For many will come in My name, saying, \u2018I am the Christ,\u2019 and will deceive many. (Matthew 24:5)<\/p>\n\n\n\n 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. (Matthew 24:11)<\/p>\n\n\n\n 24 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. (Matthew 24:24)<\/p>\n\n\n\n The enemy will deceive through great signs & wonders\u2026 it might be SO close that it looks like God\u2026 but it\u2019s NOT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n IF possible\u2026 even the elect can be deceived?<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are not planted in the Lord\u2026 & constantly in His word, you MAY be deceived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because they do not LOVE the truth\u2026 a strong delusion will come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s not just a strong delusion, it\u2019s a spirit of delusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Delusion means wandering\u2026 or error that leads to deceit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When you are operating in a mind of delusion, your mind is wandering.. or your mind is operating in error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Love truth! or become deceived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Jesus is the way the truth the life\u2026 John 14:6<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4 For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted\u2014you may well put up with it! (2 Corinthians 11:4)<\/p>\n\n\n\n You don\u2019t just get preached a different Jesus, or a different gospel\u2026 You also receive a different spirit! Beware.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, (1 Timtohy 4:1-2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSo the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.\u201d \u202d\u202d(Revelation\u202c \u202d12\u202c:\u202d9\u202c)\u202d<\/p>\n\n\n\n #1 Study & understand God\u2019s word<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Reading God\u2019s word and memorizing scriptures is NOT enough in these last days\u2026 we need fresh encounters with God<\/p>\n\n\n\n #2 Relationship with the Holy Spirit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A relationship is relational, NOT transactional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n #3 Live in Jesus name<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
