Jesus\u2019s life was an example for us here on earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How God ran His earthly ministry was the greatest example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Spirit leads Him into the wilderness which allows the devil to tempt Him as He is fasting for 40 days\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He teaches us how to overcome the temptations with \u2018it is written<\/em>\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n One of the first words recorded from Jesus after coming out of the wilderness was \u201cThe time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.\u201d (Mark 1:15)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Recruits & gathers a team\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n Then heads into the synagogue to teach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How did Jesus war against the enemy? \u2b07\ufe0f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n #1 Jesus taught.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 21 Then they went into Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath He entered the synagogue and taught. 22 And they were astonished at His teaching, for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes. (Mark 1:21-22)<\/p>\n\n\n\n #2 Jesus cast out demons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 25 But Jesus rebuked him, saying, \u201cBe quiet, and come out of him!\u201d 26 And when the unclean spirit had convulsed him and cried out with a loud voice, he came out of him. 27 Then they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, \u201cWhat is this? What new doctrine is this?
